WHAT IS THIS ALL 'BOUT?
Boxing is sweeping the nation as the best total body workout. With a huge increase in popularity, boxing has become the most popular form of exercise in the country. Here at BOUT, we are dedicated to continuing this movement and to helping people achieve their goals inside and outside the gym. We strive to teach great technique and to pay proper attention to each client so they reach their full potential. Whether those goals are to lose weight, to learn self defense or to gain more confidence, we can promise to produce results. With smaller classes and individualized attention to each of our members, we make this class a total knockout!
Expect to learn proper stance, footwork, punches and defense. You will increase you're conditioning, speed, muscle definition and overall confidence. During each class you will burn over 1,000 calories, so expect to sweat (a lot).
