I literally have never punched anything. Can I do this class?+
Yes, in fact most people who take this class have never boxed before this. It is the only place where you can let all of your stress out and receive positive feedback for it. If it is your first class, come 10 minutes early and a coach will get you set up.
What do I need to bring?+
If you bring yourself we are happy enough. We rent and sell gloves, we sell wraps, and we even sell water bottles for you. Just wear proper clothing and sneakers.
What do you do in these classes?+
We go the distance, all 12 rounds! We work on footwork, throw combinations on our heavy bags and perform an array of body-weight exercises. Each class is twelve 3 minute rounds, and we guarantee variety across sessions.
Is there an age limit?+
There is no limit on what the body can do, so we don’t think we should put a limit on who can take our classes. Anyone under 18 needs parental permission, and we recommend consulting a doctor before starting any fitness class.
Can I cancel a class?+
You can cancel up to 12 hours prior to class time, and 24 hours for private sessions, without being charged. Monthly Unlimited members are charged $10.
What if I am late to class?+
You have until 5 minutes after class starts to get to class without losing your spot.
I did not show up to class and did not cancel. Now what?+
Clients with packages or a single class lose the class credit and are charged a $10 fee. Monthly Unlimited members are charged $10.
Do you issue refunds?+
There are no refunds issued on private training sessions or packs. All refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis if needed.
