I literally have never punched anything, can I do this class?

Yes, in fact most people who take this class have never boxed before this. We all have to start somewhere and this is a great time and place to start! And we bet once you come for the first time you will get hooked. Think about it, this is the only place where you can let all of your stress out and receive positive feedback for it!

What do I need to bring?

If you bring yourself we are happy enough; we rent gloves, wraps and even sell water bottles for you. We also bring an awesome playlist, style and a whole lot of fun! So to recap, just bring yourself and proper clothing (sneakers also).

What do you do in these classes?

We go the distance, all 12 rounds! We jump rope, work on footwork, throw combinations on our heavy bags and perform an array of body-weight exercises. One thing we can promise you is that you won't be bored and you will not get hit - our bags are good but they still haven't figured out how to hit back. Each class consists of twelve 3 minute rounds. No two classes are ever the same!

Is there an age limit?

There is no limit on what the body can do, so we don't think we should put a limit on who can take our classes. For our younger clients, we ask anyone under the age of 18 to have parents permission. We also recommend that anyone who takes any type of fitness class should consult with a doctor before starting.
