Why I like Boxing
Boxing is one of the few exercises that can actually get you in better shape and it allows you to work on a skill that people have always been in awe of. You can get faster on a treadmill, but you don’t really work on a skill. With boxing, you are working out and getting visible results, but at the same time learning a skill such as a new combo, which can’t be replicated by any other workout.

I wanted a workout that challenged me physically and mentally. It's a sport that makes me feel confident and strong. You don't ever have to use the skills in real life, but I know I can if I need to :)

Why I like Boxing
I started boxing because I really wanted a workout that would challenge and push me. I wanted something that I could do that I would never get bored of doing. Each workout everyday is challenging and pushes me to new limits every time. There is always something to improve and a next level to reach in boxing and I am always striving for that next level. I love boxing because it challenges and motivates me to be strong and active and to push myself.

I spend my free time at the beach surfing and hanging out with friends. I have a criminal justice and computer science degree and love working out in my free time. I am also CRP, AED and Basic Life Saving certified.
Why I like Boxing
After I stopped running track I wanted to start another individual competitive sport that had the same cardio vascular results, and boxing fit that description perfectly.
