Why I like Boxing
Boxing is one of the few exercises that can actually get you in better shape and it allows you to work on a skill that people have always been in awe of. You can get faster on a treadmill, but you don’t really work on a skill. With boxing, you are working out and getting visible results, but at the same time learning a skill such as a new combo, which can’t be replicated by any other workout.

I have been boxing for 10 years, am CPR/AED and First Aid certified and am AFAA certified.
Why I Like Boxing:
I wanted a workout that challenged me physically and mentally. It's a sport that makes me feel confident and strong. You don't ever have to use the skills in real life, but I know I can if I need to :)

I am certified boxing fitness instructor under the auspices of both Boxing Certification Institute and Box N’ Burn Academy and is CPR/AED trained. I am also certified in Personal Training with the American Sports & Fitness Association.

Boxing makes me sweat like nobody’s business. I understand that there is a wide range of fitness abilities that is age and experience based. I tailor your workout to meet you where you are in fitness and age

Why I like Boxing
I started boxing because I really wanted a workout that would challenge and push me. I wanted something that I could do that I would never get bored of doing. Each workout everyday is challenging and pushes me to new limits every time. There is always something to improve and a next level to reach in boxing and I am always striving for that next level. I love boxing because it challenges and motivates me to be strong and active and to push myself.

After taking my class I want people to feel empowered, strong, confident, happy, and excited to look forward to the next meeting!
