Cancellation / No Show Polices:

Can I cancel a class?

Yes! You have up to 12 hours prior to class time to cancel your class (24 hours for private sessions) without being charged or losing your class (monthly unlimited members will be charged $10)

What if I'm late to class?

We get it! Trains are running late, stuck behind a school bus.... you have up until 5 minutes after class starts to get to class without losing your spot. If the class has space, you can join in of course! 

I didn't show up to class and didn't cancel. Now what? 

-Clients with packages or single class: Lose class credit and be charged a $10 fee

-Unlimited Members: Charged a $10 fee

BOUT CLASSIC

In-studio group class for all levels of boxing experience and fitness. Ages 15+ are welcome. This classic BOUT Boxing class features 12 rounds of boxing, conditioning and movement. Whether you're new to boxing, or an experienced boxing, this class pushes you to improve your overall performance while having fun. Combining boxing with functional training, this class is hard to beat. 

BOUT STRENGTH

Supplement your BOUT Classic workout with the BOUT Strength class. This class will increase your strength and speed while focusing on weight lifting in a safe environment. Add this weight training class into your weekly workout to feel stronger, look fitter and increase full body coordination.

***No boxing in this class***

SKILLS/TECHNIQUE

This skills and technique class breaks down punches, footwork, defensive and offensive moves to help you gain a better understanding of boxing. Will definitely still get a sweat in too!

BOUT BANDS

This class will use bands and weights to tone, lengthen and give you a sweat you didn't know you needed or wanted. This 45 minute class will target the butt, inner and outer thighs, abs and arms... so yes we will be hitting all the right spots! No boxing in this class so you do not need your gloves.
